FAQs

Do parents have to accompany the children?
We require at least one parent/guardian that can assist (or 2 if there are more than 10 kids). A parent or guardian will need to stay on the property if any children go zipping without a chaperone on the tour.
What safety measures are in place for these activities?
All our tours with Ground School for a hands-on orientation of your equipment (harness and helmet  & safety lanyards). As well, two professional staff guide your experience and remain with the group across all 14 lines.
How do I handle waivers for children who are not my own?

All parents or guardians will need to complete the waiver online for their own child.

Can we have our own area for the birthday party after the activities?

Yes, on booking, contact us to reserve a covered picnic area during your visit, to arrange other activities such as cake cutting and present opening. 

Is there a place for parents to watch?

Yes, there are numerous locations to watch the activities. Parents can also accompany the group during their tour. 

How does the free one hour High Ropes Course for the birthday guest work?

To redeem a Free 1-hour High Ropes Course for your group please call our office at 952 873-3900 to make your reservation. 

Are reservations required?

Reservations are strongly encouraged. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you, although we will try to accommodate people stopping in if we have space available. Book today!

What should the kids wear?

Our primary advice is to dress for the weather and wear closed-toed shoes (closed-toed shoes are required). 

  • Long hair should be tied back, and should be tied low enough to accommodate the helmet. 
  • Sunglasses and/or prescription glasses may be worn, but should not be put in a pocket. 
  • Please consider leaving jewelry in your vehicle so that it does not get lost on the tour.
  • If you wear shorts, you’ll be most comfortable if they come down to at least mid-thigh, providing a clothing layer under the harness strap. 
Can I make a group reservation for 10 or more people

What is the cancellation policy?

We’re passionate about hospitality. As your tour date approaches, we put our plan in motion to make sure you have a great time. Scheduling your Sky Guides is part of that planning. Of course, we also recognize that your plans may change. We developed our cancellation policy with both of those things in mind.

  • Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance will receive 100% refund or a one-time reschedule whichever you prefer.
  • Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled tour will not be refunded or rescheduled, but can be transferred to another guest.
  • Cancellations due to unsafe conditions can be refunded or rescheduled.

Rent a GoPro

Great time and experience. Staff was fantastic. I highly recommend getting a GoPro or renting one since phones/cameras are not allowed on the course. I will definitely be doing this again.
